Due to the availability of items, we offer exchanges and NO REFUNDS just store credit.Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange. Exchanges are free but the buyer is liable to shipping the items back.

 

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.It must also be in the original packaging otherwise a 5.99 stocking fee will be charged. 
 

All sales are final on items that come into contact with bodily fluids, (jewelry eg. pendants, charms, earrings, necklaces, waist beads etc).
 

All sales on jewelry are final.

All sales on waist beads are final.
 

 

To start your return process, contact us at admin@maneracollections.com with your order number and items you would like to exchange them with and an address will be emailed for the return to be sent. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75,you should consider using Tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

 

Missing/Lost or stolen Goods

 

If the item you received was either lost or stolen; unfortunately we are not liable for the cost of stolen items once the item has been delivered and tracked. Please contact your local post office to track missing items. 

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company,it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
